Capitalism 4.0

I have been writing about it here before – the new capitalism. 2012 might be the beginning of the new era, or as Klas Eklund has phrased it – Capitalism 4.0

It started already last year (or actually back in 2009) with the Occupy movement, but has now reached to the very top at the World Economic Forum‘s agenda in Davos.

If we add it all together I would say, as I have said before, that concern for the environment and concern for the capitalism is interconnected: People are looking for a sustainable future with more equality, jobs for everyone (especially the young), a sound financial system, and responsibility for the environment, climate and social impacts. The sad true is that for the last decades we built our lives around this phrase I recently have seen circulating on Facebook:
